Standard Sheet Packaging

Stainless steel plates of different specifications should be packaged in different ways:

Stainless steel plates with a thickness of ≤4mm: Packed in pallets, with foam plastic plates with a thickness of not less than 10mm between the plates.
 

Stainless steel plates with thickness > 4mm:

Packed in wooden pallets. Foam plastic boards or cork boards with a thickness of not less than 20mm should be placed between each layer of boards. Angle steel or elastic strips should be installed around the boards.

Standard Pipe Packaging

·Burlap/PVC bundles

With PVC cassettes or hexagonal bundles

·Wooden box

·Wooden boxes made of treated wood or plywood, recommended for long, thin wall and U' bent pipes.

·Pipes with PVC sleeves and packed in wooden boxes, suitable for polished pipes & if customer needs

Bare pipe bundle

Suitable for large diameter, thick wall pipe materials

For outlet pipe bundles

Pipe bundles with PVC film and plywood.

Standard Bar Packaging

·Size Labels - Each standard bar can be labeled according to customer requirements, highlighting the number and grade.

·Surface Cleaning - Before packaging, each steel rod is thoroughly cleaned to remove surface oil (for austenitic steels).

·LDPE Packaging - The bales are then wrapped in LDPE (low density) plastic sheets and taped in place to ensure our materials are completely safe during high-speed shipping.
